Yoga-lates is an up to 1hr training class provided by Laura Megan-Way at the Camps Bay Bowling Club on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30/8:00am.
Laura creatively combines the two techniques and tailors the class to her participant’s individual needs.
Yoga can be a spiritual and physical exercise to encourage health and well-being. Useful for conditions such as anxiety, arthritis, headache, migraine, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, pregnancy, rheumatoid arthritis and more.
Pilates is a full-body exercise that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing. With the help of an instructor, clients perform strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises on a special mat.
A 60min session is R125 or you can book for personal training with Laura, week days between 11-2pm for R375 60min.

Laura was born in Cape Town and matriculated in 1976 at Camps Bay High.
qualifications & background
She went on to study at the Sports Science institute of Cape Town, UCT and attained her teaching diplomas ETA.
She was a synchronize swimmer for W.Province for many years. She has been teaching all forms of movement and exercise for thirty years, specializing in exercise and pregnancy, and the last ten years have been teaching group classes and personal training to people post operative or sport and accident related injuries
