Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS
• Booking cancelled with more than 24 hour’s notice carry no penalty.
• Bookings cancelled within 24 – 4 hours prior to treatment time can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Should a reschedule not be acceptable, a cancellation penalty of 50% of treatment value could be raised at the spa managers discretion.
• Bookings cancelled with 4 hours or less notice could carry a full value penalty at the spa managers discretion.

NO SHOWS
• Should a client be more than 15 minutes late, they are considered a NO SHOW and the treatment slot can be resold.
• The client could be liable for 100% of the booked treatment value at the managers discretion.

GROUPS AND HIGH VALUE TREATMENTS
• Treatments valued at R2000 or more require a 50% deposit at least 24 hours prior to arrival to secure the booking.
• Treatments with a time value greater than 2 hours require a 50% deposit at least 24 hours prior to arrival to secure.
• Bookings of 3 guests or more require full payment up front.

SPECIAL DAYS (IE VALENTINES DAY, MOTHERS DAY)
• 50% deposit on all treatments required
• 24 hour cancellation needed in order to receive a refund on the deposit at the managers discretion.
