At Camps Bay Retreat Private Nature Reserve, Mint unfolds across forest, garden and manor - a spa woven into nature rather than hidden from it. The Forest Spa Pods are private tented sanctuaries set among the trees - cool and airy in summer, warm and cocooned in winter. Each pod features a massage space filled with the scent and sound of the forest, and a private deck with a wood-fired hot tub overlooking the reserve. The Forest Spa Pod Experience combines Bellabaci massage, hydrotherapy and quiet immersion, restoring circulation, grounding the body and calming the mind.
Guests can also unwind in the solar-heated pool beside the spa or take a refreshing dip in the Mountain Nature Pool deep in the forest - both echoing the natural rhythm that defines this retreat.
