Bookings

Treatments are by appointment, but should we be able to accommodate walk-ins, we will do so with pleasure. A robe, slippers and disposable underwear are available for your use. Bring your swimming costume if you would like to swim. Locker and changing rooms are available for your convenience.

Gym @ Pezula Nature Retreat

Maintain your exercise regime during your stay in our well-equipped gym. Our facility offers guests a vibrant and energetic environment in which to focus on physical fitness, health, and vitality. Increase stamina on the cardio machines, tone and define using our resistance equipment, and increase strength and muscle mass with a variety of weights. For a low impact workout option, take advantage of our 12-meter indoor heated pool, perfect for invigorating swims. Unwind and rejuvenate your muscles after your workout session in the luxurious sauna and steam room.

At Pezula Nature Retreat, we provide complimentary access to our gym for the entirety of your stay. For day visitors and members, we offer a range of convenient Gym Membership Options, including Day Membership, Monthly Membership, and Annual Membership.

To further enhance your training regimen, our highly skilled personal trainers are available to assist you. Book a session with them at an additional hourly rate and receive expert guidance to optimize your fitness journey.
