Etiquette

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your treatment so there’s time for your consultation and preparation. A robe, slippers and disposable underwear are provided for your comfort. Treatments begin only once the indemnity and consultation forms have been completed and signed. Gratuities are discretionary and not included in the treatment price, usually between 10 and 15 percent. There is adequate public parking nearby, with on-site parking available by arrangement.

Groups and High-value Treatments

Treatments valued at R2 000 or more require a 50% deposit at least 24 hours before arrival. Treatments longer than two hours also require a 50% deposit at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings for three guests or more require full payment upfront.

Special Days (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

A 50% deposit applies to all treatments. Guests who cancel with at least 24 hours notice may receive a refund at the manager’s discretion

Booking Terms and Conditions

Credit card details may be requested to secure a booking. Full payment is required for couples treatments, group bookings and spa packages. A special fee may apply for bookings outside normal operating hours, subject to therapist availability, as well as for group bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be released and waitlisted guests assisted instead. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges, and full treatment charges apply for non-arrivals. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full duration of their treatments and use of facilities.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours notice carry no penalty. Bookings cancelled within 24 to 4 hours may be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a reschedule is not suitable, a 50% cancellation fee may apply at the spa manager’s discretion. Bookings cancelled with less than 4 hours notice may be charged at full value at the spa manager’s discretion.

No-shows

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show and the treatment slot may be released. A no-show may be charged at 100% of the booked treatment value at the manager’s discretion.

During Your Visit

All treatments at our spas include a complimentary welcome drink. Regrettably, this is not available at the salons.
